Comment: Went for special veteran event. Very impressed with presentation/speakers and staff/facilities. This building was for retirees needing little assistance to medium and memory care ( as they phrased it). If you are in need of this kind of environment for yourself or a love one I would highly recommend a visit before making any other decision.

Comment: What can I say, I have done my fair share of traveling and stayed in many different hotels, motels and airbnb type places but easily the BEST OF THE BEST, TAMAYA in Jacksonville hands down, it is a gated community they is handled thru Front Door Management. We had a fully furnished 1 Bedroom apartment complete with granite countertops, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, full size fridge w/ ice maker a washer and dryer and a very comfortable queen size bed. Total space over 800sq ft not including the huge balcony. Now your probably thinking pretty cool Now to the meat also included was every utensil, pots, pans, skillets, spices, all dishwashing supplies and even brand new toothbrushes, toothpaste soap shampoo and are you ready ....Tide for the washer. All this for drum roll not $1500 for the 5 days not $1250 not $100 not even $750 no our 5 day adventure was a paltry $385 dollars no joke. Oh did I mention its only 7 minutes to Jacksonville Beach! So if you are planning a vacation ANYWHERE....CANCEL IT and go to Tamaya in Jacksonville it was easily the best for the money, best for any category you want yo put it in!
