Comment: I have nothing but positive things to say about the bathroom remodel I had done by Team Farrell. They removed my old outdated shower and installed a beautiful new tile shower with niche and grab bars and a glass splash wall. They removed a soffit above the shower and installed a light fixture and wall switch, removed large mirror and installed a more updated one with new light fixture and sink faucet. Retextured entire ceiling and wall. Also put new shut off valves on the sink and toilet. Also installed a new shower fixture in my other bathroom. They did a beautiful job. Communication was awesome. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I loved the way one company could do it all and they all worked together. I would highly recommend Team Farrell to anyone looking for a good solid company to do their bathroom remodel.

Comment: My home office door is not a standard size and rather tall. The job breaks down into custom-made French doors, door installation, paint, and door knobs installation. The end result is excellent and looks beautiful. Kyle and Chris of Team Farrell did an excellent job in following up and coordinating. Of course, it did take a long time and understandable with the current market situation. The doors and installation were done perfectly. The paint job had some paint pimples the first time and Kyle/Chris followed up immediately to have the painters came back to sand down and repaint it perfectly. The door knobs came with missing parts, so the installation had to do the job with 2 trips. But the final job looks so nice that I will give it a 5-stars nevertheless. Team Farrell aced again with 2 jobs for me already. I highly recommend them.

We had no plan, we were all told when we moved in that a contractor was on retainer for when there were storms. Guess what, that was untrue. One call and you guys sent project managers Kyle and Anthony who quickly put together some pricing and we were on our way to safety. Everyone was professional, well mannered and courteous. Comment: Team Farrell has done very good, quality work on my kitchen remodel. Their team members were always professional, respectful and just plain nice while in and around my house. We did have a couple of communication mix ups but they were quickly and easily solved and I never had to wait around to hear back from them when I had questions. They kept me updated on our schedule even while waiting on the countertop subcontractor who was behind. I have now used Farrell for roofs on 2 houses, impact windows and doors and a kitchen remodel. I am pleased with their work, although they were not always the cheapest bid they were willing and able to do ALL the things I wanted that other contractors shied away from (like move pipes in the slab to relocate the sink.)

From start to finish the entire Team Farrell crew was polite, professional and personable.The design process, with Walt, was comprehensive and enjoyable. We truly felt like he was invested and excited to see the end results of the project. Furthermore, to say that Walt would go the extra mile, to ensure the project meets the expectations of Team Farrell and the clients, would be a extraordinary understatement. The efforts Walt made to ensure every last detail was perfect was simply astounding. Words will do no justice to describe the level of appreciation we have for all of Walts efforts during this project.Chris, the GC, and his crew were incredible. Chris was attentive, open and, honest throughout the entirety of the project. It was a great feeling knowing that there was an open line of communication with him whenever we needed to get in contact. His crews on each of the trades (demo/finish, paint, electrical, plumbing, flooring) were exceptional. It was clearly evident that each crew member had a high level of pride in their work. The quality of work done by each trade was impeccable. The crews worked efficiently and cleanly, taking care to protect the integrity of the house itself.All in all, the end result was, not only what we had hoped for, it exceeded all of our expectations! Each person that worked on my house including the Plumbers, Painters, Carpenters, Electricians, Demolition crew and Delivery folks were outstanding performers as well as very knowledgeable experts in their field. They answered every question we had and notified us well in advance when they were coming and what work would be accomplished. All of the work was done on time and ahead of schedule using high quality materials and proper equipment. I want to thank Augie, Matt, John, Rusty, Justin and all the other members of Team Farrell for their hard work and professionalism in making these two critical projects a complete success. The Project Estimator Walter provided reliable accurate estimates and was able to find all the material we selected and purchased it in advance to avoid any delays. The project Manager Chris did a great job in keeping the work on track and responded rapidly to any unforeseen changes or adjustments in order to remain on schedule. They provided us with a detailed project playbook containing a detailed weekly work schedule, drawings and computer generated pictures of the new kitchen and bath which really helping us in planning our travel schedule so we could be around when the work was being done. The Kitchen countertop, cabinets, tiles, faucets, lighting and glass shower doors are beautiful show pieces of our newly renovated home and we are proud to show them to our friends and family along with the great quality work done by Team Farrell. I also want to thank the office Administration and Management folks like Nicole, Katie, Trish and the others for helping to plan our projects and for keeping us informed by providing us with planned invoices via email so we could provide timely payments to keep our project going. We were quite fortunate as Team Farrell is a very successful one stop shop for your home improvement and renovation projects. I only wish that I had found Team Farrell a lot sooner as I could have really used them on the other property that Ive owned over the years because as we all know finding good reliable people to trust is not easy to do. Comment: My second experience with Team Farrell was as good as my first experience. This time I used their new Team Farrell Design Services to remodel my master bathroom from top to bottom. As expected, they did an excellent job. Demolition dust and debris was kept to a minimum. Forget whatever you have seen on HGTV home remodeling shows where a demolition team arrives with axes and sledgehammers to create a big dusty mountain of destruction and clutter. That does not happen with Team Farrell. They will be gentle with your home and will do the demolition methodically and with minimal mess. In this post-Covid era much patience is needed because construction materials are often delayed in arriving and the crew needed for each subsequent step in the project may not be immediately available. But once Team Farrell found all the materials for my project they went right to work. Almost each and every day I could expect another Team Farrell expert craftsman or two to be working on my bathroom until it was meticulously completed. Thank you Brandon for several days of tiling, grouting, assembly, carpentry and finishing work. You are a master craftsman and a hard worker. Thank you Justin for setting my shower head high enough so that I can comfortably stand under my shower and no longer need to crouch under it. Thank you Darrin for your tiling expertise and suggestions. I especially appreciate how everyone took extra care to protect my floors (which Team Farrell installed for me two years ago), my furniture and belongings. They cleaned up beautifully after every work day. They treated my home with the same respect and care I am sure they treat their own homes - and this is greatly appreciated. And they kept me included in the decision process each step of the way as well as explaining all new construction standards applied. Now I have a beautiful new bathroom. Thanks to Chris Longnecker, the job supervisor who worked tirelessly to keep this project moving along and kept me involved in all decisions. If your project has Chris at the helm you will have no problems. Also thanks to Walt Beasley, Auggie Chinappi, Brandon Rosasco, Chris #2, Chris #3, Darrin Mosely, James Robert, John, Justin Thurow, Mike, Nick, Nicole, Rustin, Rusty, Steve Reuben and all (I am sorry if I forgot a few names.) My only complaint is that Team Farrell evidently did not apply for the building permit in a timely manner and work commenced prior to receipt of building permit. Therefore, it took the county building inspector 2-1/2 weeks to arrive on site to do a 5-minute screw inspection and the 4 days of actual work by Team Farrell extended out to a 3-week schedule. Since I had rented a 16-ft container to be parked in my driveway to store my personal effects while work proceeded in my garage, I had to pay PackRat for an extra week to keep the container until all work was completed.

They were concerned about making sure all debris was taken off the premises daily, as well as, putting down drop cloths to protect our home from the front door to the bathroom. The company contacted us with both email and text the day before a work crew was coming and then on the day a text was sent that the crew was in route so there was never any question as to their arrival. The work they completed was impeccable, Consequently, when we decided to remodel the one remaining shower area, we called Team Farrell again. This most recent experience , if anything, was even more satisfying. It started out with Walt Beasley giving us a comprehensive estimate. His knowledge and professionalism allowed us to confidently proceed with the project. Our remodel team was headed by Chris Longnecker. He managed the whole project from start to finish incredibly efficiently. He was always available to talk with us and keep us informed of the next step in the process. He made sure we were 100% satisfied with the work being done. Most of the work entailed a complicated tile install. We asked to have Ed Rosasco do the tile work. He had completed our first remodel beautifully. Ed is an extremely skilled artisan. He listened carefully to how we envisioned the shower to look, and made sure he fulfilled our dream. He and his assistant, Joey, are a remarkable team. We highly recommend Team Farrell for any remodeling you have planned.

Team Farrell did an amazing job on my 2 projects. 1) They constructed a beautiful andfunctional 1/2 bath in my laundry area and 2) completely gutted my main bath (I have a 1967 home....this was the original bath..so imagine!)The process was flawless from point of contact to completion. (Demo, plumbing, electric, drywall and tiles, and mold remediation).Communication and timing was consistent. Updates were provided regularly from text and phone. They even planned in person meetings and updates.They took care to keep my home as dust free as possible.Every person is a Master craftsman! Comment: We are so happy with the quality and timeliness of Team Farrrell. We had tile pulled up throughout our house and vinyl plank installed. We were warned about the mess of pulling up the tile. They sent a very hard working team and had the tile gone in a day. Not only did they do a great job getting rid of tile, but they prepped and cleaned so well there was almost no dust afterward! They installed the flooring and new baseboards quickly and they look flawless. Everything looks amazing! We are so happy with the constant communication, quality checks, and high level of professionalism of Team Farrell!

Comment: We had a bathroom renovation performed 6 years ago and we were pleased with all of it however the shower floor was not pitched well enough and over the years there ended up being a small opening in a corner of where the floor wall meet allowing water to enter. I contacted Farrell and a crew was sent over and repaired the floor . . .at NO cost it was fixed. Our only out of pocket cost was the new tile. We are very pleased and will definitely think of using them in the future for other home renovations.

Comment: Steve Farrell, your the best.Imagine 7 days away from closing on your home and you learn you have an open permit on your home from 10 years ago for the final inspection of pool alarms. Panic is what I did but I realized I may know someone who could help me correct the problem. A few messages back and forth on Facebook and a phone from Steve Farrell, and all of my problems went away. Steve coordinated the installation of the pool alarms and coordinated having a Florida licensed engineer certify the install of the alarms.I cannot express how thankful I am to have TEAM FARRELL on my side.
