She’s also helped design several of our Airbnb’s and her work was nothing short of amazing. I look forward to working with her on all our future projects. Comment: I first contacted Tokan about re-designing and improving my bathroom. It was simply too small. Plus, I needed more room since I also have a wheelchair bound family member who is now staying with us six months out of the year. Heather was great and very conscientious about our needs and made some good suggestions. I was impressed with Tokan’s commitment to fulfilling our requests while being mindful of budget. I was willing to spend whatever was necessary (this wasn’t my first rodeo) but appreciated Heather’s transparency as far as budget limitations (I had none). Even when I said yes to everything, Heather always suggested alternatives to minor things that would have been less expensive. I was really impressed by this. It proves they have not forgotten their roots and want to advocate for those who want quality even if they have severe fiscal limitations. Shout out to Shawn for his quick and delicate work on bathroom and my office space. He is an artist. And my family loved how immaculate he left our home upon completion. Thank you Tokan!

Comment: I had an amazing experience with Tokan Design & Construction! Having worked with large construction and interior design companies in the past - I feel you can loose that personal experience. With Tokan you get the best of both worlds- that professional, trustworthy and experienced interaction you would get from a large cookie cutter corporation BUT more importantly you receive that individualized, personal mom & pop work. The attention to detail was insane! The quality of materials and work was SUPERIOR. It was as if they were designing their own home! Anyone who has ever remodeled, built new construction or changed out their kitchen cabinets can understand the stress that goes into that. Choosing tiles, fixtures and appliances can be extremely overwhelming. Your spending your hard earned money to create your home. I have found that many GCs like to cut corners and many interior designers want you to spend high and forget that the vast majority of folks have messy kids, pets, etc. High end and expensive materials are not always the most practical. I wanted HONEST & REALISTIC suggestions for me, my life and my family. Gorgeous design was key, but also comfort and durability was important. It was also so important to me to find a company whose ENTIRE mission was making dreams come true and I found that with Tokan! Their professionalism and moreover PATIENCE is second to none! Now that Ive written an entire thesis, I encourage ANYONE whether its a tiny bathroom remodel or a luxurious redesign to choose them! Thank you so much for making my dream come true and helping me to create a home to not only raise my family in but one that hopefully my great-grandchildren will enjoy!!!!

Comment: We are so very happy with our bathroom renovation with Tokan Construction! From the first phone call with Heather to discuss ideas and options, we clicked right away and it was like she already knew what we were looking for in the design! Shawn blew us away with an idea to expand our shower that we didnt even think was possible. And he had great suggestions throughout the project to improve little details that made a big difference overall. They are so easy to work with, trustworthy and honest. I would definitely recommend them and would work with them again! Thanks again, we love it!
