Comment: TP3 did a full house renovation for us. From the day-to-day crew, to communication with the owners, our experience was outstanding. As you know, nothing ever goes as planned with anything related to construction, so fast, responsive communication was very important to us. When there were supply delays or other unforeseeable issues, we were promptly made aware. Of course, we changed our minds on a few things, and they were consultative and offered alternatives and solutions. Just loved our experience with the whole TP3 team. Give ‘em a call!

Comment: I had the pleasure of working with TP3 to assist me on a large addition project to my mothers home in Saint Petersburg.Evan met with me the first day, and helped me with the design and layout to be able to get plans for building. Along the way, Evan stayed involved with my project, having his “hands in the pot”, throughout the entire project. This came as a relief as I was able to be in contact with the original rep from start to finish.What most impressed me was the transparency on their end of foreseen changes and cost increases and decreases. With a project so large I expected some fluctuation, and by the end the only things that we saw changes on were directly from the list we originally went over.To top it off, Evan and his entire team down to the workers provided special care to my elderly mother and made her feel comfortable with the whole process.This team really cares about what they do and providing their customers care and value.

Comment: They did an amazing job in my house material shortage did effect but nonetheless in the work was amazing the quality is superb and I would definitely recommend the friends family anybody who asks top notch any other projects in the future going to call them

Comment: TP3 was very professional from the beginning. I was in the middle of a project and needed something done right away. TP3 came over and provided a quote and timeframe. They were willing to schedule with the current contractors. The timing and quality of work performed by the foreman/Project Manager and the crew exceeded my expectations. The Foreman/Project Manager was very communicative, knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend TP3 and may have them do more work for us.

Comment: Trey Payne, the TP of TP3, showed up on time, and thoroughly inspected deck, reviewed the original building plans and measured everything. When I asked him how much it would cost, he said he didnt know yet, he would have to cost-out the materials and calculate the labor. I knew then that this was the person that I wanted working on my home. Within a few days, he got back to me with a detailed quote of materials and labor. Trey was very upfront, very honest, and very fair. If the need arises again, I will do business with Trey and TP3 without hesitation.

Comment: Finding an honest, reliable contractor who truly values quality of work and customer service is so difficult. Finding all that at a great price point is near impossible. That’s why I wanted to share our exceptional experience with TP3!We did a major house remodel with Trey and his team recently and could not be happier with the entire process. Before selecting TP3 for the job I interviewed 15 (!!) companies and had a chance to meet some very...interesting t people! 😹 Trey came across as very professional and trustworthy and the impression was right.TP3 completed our big project on time and on the budget. The invoicing was fully transparent. The customer service was outstanding. The quality of work was superb. If you are looking for a company to help you with your remodel project - go with TP3. Usually the construction process is painful but in our case we actually look forward to doing our next project with them!

Comment: We had the pleasure of selecting TP3 to complete renovations in our kitchen and bathrooms. Our project manager, Evan, communicated with us every step along the way and answered all questions that we had. Everyone on the team that we worked with in between was fantastic as well (Sal and Laura!). We were pleased with the work and would highly recommend them if you’re in the area and looking to have work done on your home.

Comment: Highly recommend this company. After tropical storm ETA we were left with a lot of damage. I was immediately contacted after leaving a message and work began shortly after. The entire team was extremely punctual professional and did really good work I especially liked that they listened to my requests and were able to put everything back the way it used to be before the flood. I will be using them for anything I may need in the future and highly recommend contacting them if you need anything done. as you can see it was fully restored to the way it was when we bought the house last year :)
