Comment: After Hurricane Ian damaged my home severely last year, I scrambled to locate a trustworthy, qualified contractor to rebuild my home in Naples FL.After getting quotes from several contractors, I decided to hire Tri-Town Construction!My principal residence is in the Chicago area, so I was rebuilding from a long distance remotely.As soon as I contracted with Tri-Town, the owner Marc Devisse personally contacted me and explained the plan to rebuild.The best part of this story is the fact that Marc placed a VP of Tri-Town named Tanda Hogg in charge of my rebuild.Tanda took complete control of my design and rebuild from the beginning to the end!Again, living far away, I needed someone to watch over my project with passion!Enter Tanda! She would recommend and present options anywhere from paint colors to furniture and wall decor.Everything that Tanda presented, I approved immediately as her taste and professional expertise is extraordinary.Tanda has been a general contractor responsible for building over 700 new homes in her career, but this woman’s talent is really noticeable in her design skills!!!!There is absolutely no one better or more trustworthy than Tanda, so if you are looking for a builder/designer to do any projects on property you own, look no further than Tanda!By far the most seamless professional experience anyone could ever want!I rate Tanda and Tri-Town Construction a perfect 10!Thank you Tanda!Tom Peck

Comment: We used Tri-Town Construction to put in a large sliding glass door. This involved tearing out the wall, window and old door. It also required engineering and permitting. They took care of everything. The work was outstanding and it looks like it has always been there. We were very pleased. Recently we had a stucco repair required after the hurricane. They came right over and got it done. Tanda and Steven are great to work with

Comment: We purchased a home in the town of Fort Myers Beach in February 2022. The home lacked a third bedroom and bath, which could come in handy for our family. After interviewing several other companies, we settled on Tri-Town Construction to take on the work. Marc, was thoughtful, responsive, and knowledgeable. Plans were drawn and we were ready for the permitting stage....then Hurricane Ian hit. Living in Indiana, we did not have other resources in Southwest Florida so I reached out to Tanda Hogg, my project manager, on what were to do with this catastrophe. Not only was she quick to respond, but also was quick to reassure. Tanda was at our home a day after the island was opened and had Tyler there assessing the damage. We moved quickly from an addition to a restoration! I cant be more at peace with Tri-Town handling our home. Everything Tanda promised has come to fruition and all details are being handled....right down to saving a few articles we asked to salvaged. The home at this point is gutted, demucked, and, demolded. We are ready for permits. Tanda and her team are getting all items ready for the insurance adjuster to ensure we are compensated appropriately. I am impressed with their knowledge on the 50% FEMA rule and am comfortable that our home will be restored. I cant speak highly enough of the professionalism Tanda and her team have presented and look forward to the restoration of the home and eventually the initial addition!

Comment: Amazing experience! We had pocket doors installed where there was just a wall. Tri Town had to break down the wall, build and insert frames and rebuild, texture and paint the wall. The project is complete and you would never know those pocket doors were not part of the original build! From Don, a master carpenter who took care of our home like it was his own, to Junior, a fabulous painter who was so meticulous that he wouldnt leave until it was perfect, to Jay, the project supervisor who was here at least twice a day checking on his crew and the workmanship...this was a fantastic experience. I couldnt praise them more. In fact, we are in the beginning stages of using them for another project! They are an amazing company but what makes a company amazing is the people who work for it and I cant say enough about this crew.

Marc Devisse truly runs a first-class operation – from his office staff to the employees on site, everyone is really pleasant to work with. Their sense of pride and craftsmanship was evident in the quality product they provided for me. Marc and his entire staff, especially Kevin and Jay, were incredibly supportive throughout the entire project. As a home-owner it’s extremely stressful to deal with your house being torn apart, but all of them put me at ease throughout each step of the process. They truly went above and beyond to reassure me the water damage was repairable. Marc’s entire team was very responsive to any of my status inquires, and were always available for any questions I had regarding my project.
