Comment: Carport By True AluminumProject began on site Dec 7th and was completed by Jan 26th. Initial planning happened in mid Sept. when the engineering plans were drawn. After we all reviewed them, the plans were sent to code for approval. Once approved, weeks later, the materials were ordered, and we waited for their arrival. A few weeks passed and work began.The footers were dug and had to be approved by code, causing another week to pass.Most of our time was spent waiting on material, code approvals and cement delivery. This is not a quick process, but it is better to have it done right rather than fast.The quality of the product is top notch, the assembly and craftsmanship by the crews was outstanding. Three different crews: footers and cement, framing and construction, and lastly the sheeting, guttering and final walk-through crew all know what they are doing.Lee and his crew, from the Plant City office, were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the process. Chris, the coordinator, was easy to work with and kept me up to date on the progress.The last thing was for code to come sign off on the entire project. No lie, the inspector was “extremely impressed” and said “signing off on the project was a pleasure”. After his comments I was convinced that we made the right decision in hiring True Aluminum.

They got the job done quickly and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Readily available with any questions or concerns I had. I’ve also had some finishing work performed in an outstandingly professional manner by Finn & Chad. Finn is an exceptional leader who introduced himself and explained what his objective was. Chad was quick with his work, professionally polite when he communicated. Both men were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Comment: True Aluminum was fantastic to work with! Andy was very helpful with the booking process and getting the appointment scheduled. He provided a quote the same day he saw my house too. Chad and Finn did a great job with my small front porch and I love it! Although my project was small compared to a pool cage or big patio, it was done perfectly. I have started recommending True Aluminum to my new neighbors. When Jeff DeVane came to see me during our first visit, I could have never imagined how beautiful the work would turn out. I love it.
