Comment: David Vedder has made a dream come true for us. We bought our house on a lake about 5 years ago and always wanted to add 2 patios in the back and renovate a family room looking out to the lake. David worked with us from the beginning of the plans thru revisions , modifications, etc.. The complete project from plans, permits, clearing of property, concrete, framing, roofing, electrical and clean up was done with his oversight and he went above and beyond. The project was not a easy one and I am so excited to say it looks beautiful. We are so very happy! Thank You David Vedder and all who were involved.

Comment: A rental of mine was caught on fire by a tenant. Vedder Construction was recommended to me by a friend as a contractor for the job. I met with three contractors before deciding to work with David Vedder and Vedder Construction. It was certainly one of the best business decisions I have ever made.From day one Vedder Construction did exactly what they said they would do. David worked directly with my insurance company. He knew exactly what was needed to get the insurance company to perform as needed, without dispute, to completely rebuild my property. Vedder set a timeline for the completion of the job and finished ahead of schedule. Vedder was even able to get the permitting done within three weeks of application. A process that I was told by others, including the insurance company, normally would take three months!Vedder Construction did not cut any corners. They used the best materials, the workmanship prefect, Davids management team as impressive as he is. They communicated well, I never waited more than an hour for a return call if I left a message. They responded to every issue I had, handled every change ordered I ask for and took responsibility for all miscommunications even, at times, when I was the one that had miscommunicated.No one wants a house fire, but if I had another one, I would not loose a moment of sleep. I would simply call Vedder Construction.

Comment: 20 x 30 Garage construction project along with re-roof of main house finished up very nicely. Project was slowed due to material supply issues but overall didnt prove to be an issue. Project was completed 11/2021. Issues that came up were promptly resolved. All individuals from Vedder Construction were easy to get along with and listened to my concerns.Thank you

Comment: Vedder Construction was the contractor to replace the entirer roof on our house.They were Professional and Friendly at all times. They were prompt, accurate and efficient. The work done was excellent. They removed the old roof quickly and cleaned up all debris as they did it. They put up the the new roof in one day and it looks great. We are so pleased with the work done. I would highly recommend this company. Dave Vedder was great to work with and we didnt worry about a thing. He really cared about it being done right.

Comment: David Vetter Construction is definitely a first class operation. David and everyone who was involved in the demo, dry out and re-build of our guest room bathroom and two guest rooms were clean cut, professional and always very responsive to our needs. Always here when they said they would be which is very unusual for contractors. They will be the first company we call if we ever have the need in the future.

Comment: I had an issue with mold damage during the spring of 2019. After getting through my initial interface with homeowner insurance I found Vedder Construction to be the best solution for my mold remediation and the build back after remediation. Davids professionalism was outstanding and his sub-contracting crews were excellent. Im so glad that I found his company because I will continue to have more remodeling and repair work done with him. Its not often that a business like his is available for residential homeowners like me. Thank you David Vedder and Vedder Construction.
