Comment: We are 1st time home buyers! Our Sales guy Ricky was really great . Our Construction supervisor was good too.. unfortunately towards the end of the process we were really disappointed in Maronda rush and mad dash or get us closed before the end of the year. Our home was not Completed and level of communication between all parties involved in the closing was quite poor. We really felt like they just wanted us to hurry up and sign on the dotted line so they could fill a quota that says they completed X amount of homes this year. That really was not a very good feeling after a process that stared back in October of 2020. I just wanted to finish to be as excited at the start and it was the opposite. They can definitely work on that! Over all we love our home and will love it even more once all of the work is completed!!

Comment: We have been in our Maronda home for 1 year and we are very pleased. Fortunately, we contracted on our home before this COVID situation took off. From the initial contracting to build the home to the actual construction, things went very smoothly. We attribute much of this to Ricky Garcia (the community sales manager). Ricky was very knowledgeable and handled all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner…he was fantastic to deal with right up to closing. After moving in, we had a few minor warranty issues which were quickly handled to our satisfaction. We have a beautiful home delivered at a great value.Thank you Ricky and Maronda!

Comment: Rick Garcia of Maronda Homes facilitated the building of my home in the Vero Lake Estates Subdivision. I purchased 4 homes to live in during my lifetime. The fourth with Marondo Homes was the best experience of all.They were honest, ethical, and very well versed in all aspects in building our home. I higher recommend them.

Comment: I live here, but all the construction going on , its not like it used to be , quiet , n spacious, woodsy. Now its house next to house next to house. Without a privacy fence , wave to your neighbors while in your kitchen. Or close your blinds or curtains if you want privacy. Might make me want to rent n move somewhere quieter.
