Comment: My experience with Victory Roofing has been so far positive. I needed a new roof and the company did the job in about 1 month (from the first contact to the last inspection). Besides the timing, the cost seems reasonable as well. The company also did a great job cleaning the houses surroundings. I have a 10 year warranty on the new roof. Lets see what happens. But in the meantime, I am very satisfied with the service.

Comment: Victory Roofing was like a savior for my situation. Got David Pomaredas contact through one of my friends and I spoke to him about my situation where my original contractor went under without installing the tiles and I was going through such a rough time. David was very professional and immediately sprung in to action even though he was out of state at that time, and Victory Roofing showed up at my door the very next day, did an inspection and gave a quote right there. Sigal, who is the owner explained everything clearly and the procedures going forward. Igal and Shelly at the office are extremely responsive and professional and got things moving and Igal kept me updated. David was in touch throughout the process and this company made sure my tile was installed with following all the process and procedures. After a 5 months of nightmare with my original roofer, Victory roofing made it very easy for me and did a super job.

He answered all my questions regarding the contract representation, materials to be used, and set my expectations on a realistic timeline to project completion. In fact, he was the main reason I decided to offer the contract to Victory E&I Roofing - I thought I could TRUST him! I went through every single page and paragraph of the contract with him - multiple times - and he hung in there :-)Shelly Osman, Project Manager, was available to me via email and phone. She, too, was very cordial, responsive, and professional. She assisted me with all the required documents and kept me updated on the activities and progress of the project. I manage many projects myself so I know that one of the keys to success is timely and honest communications with customers.Omar and his team did a superlative job with my metal roof installation. He has a very pleasant demeanor, he was professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. They worked on my roof with keen attention to details -as if it was their own.Of course, I thoroughly researched to company, Victory E&I Roofing, before I extended a contract to them. Comment: It is not easy to find a good roofing company, and or any contractor for the first time that you can trust to inter into a contract, but I took a lead of faith in a difficult situation. Now I can say that I have a roofing and construction company that I know for sure when I am ready to extend my house I can trust. The guys who worked on the roof were professional, hard working men; it was hot. In an 1 hour of brake time, I left work to check and saw into details their work from start to finish, and I am very happy for the final work they did. My roof was bad and out of shape. I feel good that I can refer them to family members and friends who are in need of a good roofing company. From the gentlemen who came to quote me was quite, and to the office staff, the manager, kept me informed through all the process was very professional and nice. Everything was done by the book, Freddy and his son coordinated all the work and the teams, they left my yard nice and clean. We had a relatively dry past couple of months so it wasn’t the biggest deal but lately it has been pouring. I began searching for roofing contractors in south florida when a friend recommended victory roofing to me and when I say that the whole team was professional, trustworthy, and efficient I MEAN IT. Jordan followed up with me regularly to keep me posted on what was happening. They were able to get me my new shingle roof replacement in less than a month from the time we agreed on using them and at a very fair price. I am thrilled with the end product and the warranty program made me feel very comfortable as well. Definitely give them a call if you’re need your roof repaired or replaced.
