Comment: Vivid redid our patio deck, resurfaced our pool, changed out the pool tiles and did an amazing job! I had 6 different companies come out and went with Vivid for so many reasons. Most importantly, they were the only company that brought materials to my home for me to look at instead of saying “go to our showroom”. Mark was responsive, always answered me when I had questions and made sure we were cared for. We added benches in the pool, went with French silver diamond brite, Diana Royale pavers with black steel pool tiles. It looks SO good! Highly recommend!!

Comment: Vivid just completely did a full renovation. My pool was a mess and almost 25 years old. Mark came over. Was very organized and showed on a 3D rendering at the appt. What are backyard would be like. Exactly what we wanted plus the workmanship from past experiences was very high. They kept the proposal the same even though extra work needed. Very fair on the wallet. Incredible communication and the warranty is triple other quotes we got. Our neighbor is using them in 2 weeks. Absolutely the best decision we ever made. He was very available and responsive from start to finish, and always made me feel I was a top priority. The team that he had working at my home were talented, respectful, and very hardworking. They were clean, and he has a great network of support resources for other outside services that I used as well. (Electrician, landscaper, screening and handyman.) I was very impressed with Mark’s personable and positive attitude, talent and timeline in getting this big job done! Vivid has transformed an old fashioned pool into a modern, beautiful pool area to enjoy and share that I am proud of and really make me very excited about using again. We now have a waterfall sheer descent, salt water, beautiful heated pool. Ready for winter! I recommend Vivid and Mark, specifically, with highest recommendations!

After about 4 estimates we hired Vivid. 1 ..because they showed up. 2 ..because Mike was very informative and spent about 2 hours at our home. 3 ...they were very reasonable. 4...not one company had a 10 year warranty and actually seemed to care about our project. Ross spent 15 min. And was a terrible experience and PF finishing put some time into our questions yet. ROSS and PF finishing and CLIFF were all 10 thousand dollars more then Vivid and another company. We got a new deck. New plaster. Color lights and automation for our phones. Mike and his crews were exceptionally professional and always answered the phone. In fact they didn’t even collect the deposit until the middle of the job and the rest a week after it was done. We were the 6th customer referred by a local service company. So obviously there was trust. Again. They seem to not advertise. Use the same people and gave us incentives along with a cost that was in our budget. 100% satisfied

Comment: We were very happy. After many calls to other companies. Vivid was the most reasonable and knew what they were talking about. Something nobody else was like. They were here over a hour. Picked our tile. Blue inside surface. And added a waterfall with a sitting area inside the pool. Mark was beyond our expectations after getting 5 other estimates. They were referred. Vivid doesn’t advertise. We see why. They don’t need to. And they honor a 10 year labor warranty. Other companies were 2 or 3. Great 👍 professionalism. And quality. Comment: This company is very professional and Mark did a great job came out and did the job with 4 or 5 seperate teams and they blew us away. My uncle had Cliffs out and the job was at best ok. Vivid was in touch with us all the way through. A call away. Priscilla in the office was super awesome very helpful They got it done in a very short period. I highly recommend this company. We had both the surface done and tile with a new waterfall. Incredible experience. Call and don’t call anybody else. Ask about the free color light deal. We got that and a salt unit for chlorine. A++

Our estimate was may of been 2 hours. But we were very pleased. Vivid and their team was done in under 2 weeks. We heard we had to wait after the summer to get in remodeled by 4 companies. Vivid was priced very fair. Their warranty was the best. And obviously nobody would wait that long to get their pool done. Vivid guaranteed in under 2 weeks or free. They also gave us a free color light. I was referred by my pool service. Stellar work and employees and we have a beautiful pool. If you get a quote from them. Don’t expect anything better. At the end they cleaned up all the construction mess. You would think this would always happen but it hasn’t with other companies who have done work on our house. Comment: Everything came out amazing. They showed up. Very very professional. My pool is available to see anytime i told Mark. Mark and his crew finished the job in under 2 weeks. The material for the deck took about 5 weeks. Once it showed up. Vivid was non stop. New deck. The surface is the darker one. Hawaii. Salt chlorinator. New tile. Even a free salt system since we got the deck option and tile option.They were priced better then the few that showed up. Some did not. Of all of the estimates this company was 1000% better from presentation to finished product. And they honor a 10 year labor warranty that nobody else offered. Thanks Vivid

I’ve recommended vivid to many people and will continue to do so…First class experience all around!!! Mark and his team of experts carefully and thoughtfully laid out and designed a brand new oasis for our family to enjoy. On time daily, 100% within budget (no added last minute charges everything was to the penny) Mark and his team were also courteous, and respectful of our home. They were on time. And they did everything they said. Me and my husband are ecstatic. On a Holiday they showed. We have new tiles and new surface. Hawaiian blue. We are very impressed. Mark gave us a new color light Free and salt system Free as well. They used a machine or concrete mixer to put the stuff in our pool. 2 coats. Their contract is extremely detailed. Comment: I contracted Vivid about 3 weeks ago. They just finished today. They put on new tile and a new surface as well as a salt system. A few friends recommended them. The price was super competitive. The work was amazing. They brought in some great people to do the work. A free leak detection. Free color light and leak detection in writing. Every other company wanted $1000 or more for the same thing. Mark was here along with 2 supervisors that were very friendly. Bought lunch for their employees. Wow this company is 100% beyond expectations. Best part they gave us a lifetime material and 10 year warranty on labor. 1000% satisfied!!!!

Comment: We bought our home in. 2019 and knew the pool was a project that eventually needed to be done. It was in rough shape to say the least. We got 5 different quotes and no one could even give an estimated start date let alone a completion date. Mark from Vivid pools told us he could get it all done in 2 weeks and he delivered. We added a bench, French pattern travertine, salt system and cannot wait to jump in the pool tomorrow. There aren’t many cohmpanies that promise things and actually deliver but Vivid Pools did both. They dropped all the deck material off and drained our pool. Never showed back up. They told us its a 3 month wait on materials. We had almost all of it in front of our house !!!! We called VIvid and 2 other companies. We signed with Vivid and they completed the whole job this week. No delays. And were actually more reasonable then the jokers we first hired. They just had to fix the mess the other company left us. If we knew better we would of done our research. Hire someone who is part of the job. Shows up. Not a sales guy. Comment: Vivid Remodeling recently completed a major remodel of our pool and deck. They removed our old paver decking and replaced with silver travertine. We replaced all water line tile, installed a new surface/Diamond Bright (Hawaii Blue, which we love) repaired the water feature, installed new tile, expanded the sheer descent, added an LED color changing light and a salt chlorine generator.We chose Vivid because of all the proposals we received, they were the best overall value with the best and most thoughtful ideas. The work progressed smoothly, on or ahead of schedule, with some short delays due to the summer Florida rains. Mark was polite, knowledgeable and kept us apprised of the work completed and shared what was coming up next.During the remodeling we worked directly with Mark, the owner, on any issues that arose. Mark was present throughout the project and was responsive when we had a question.We inspected the work daily and on the whole job we found only a few minor problems, which were corrected immediately.A month after completion, we contacted Vivid for a few minor issues, that were warranty-related and in their original scope. Mark was very responsive, and corrected the small issues. We are very happy with the end result and would recommend Mark and Vivid Remodeling.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Five Stars.

He came with a card, a folder, insurance certificate, etc. He brought tile samples and everything. He was extremely knowledgeable about the process and I trusted him immediately. Our pool renovation came out beautiful. We did new tiles, custom granite spillway, new Diamond Brite surface, color LED lights and a new salt chlorine system. Price was fair. Service was above and beyond. Highly recommended.
