BIG John was our initial estimate person, an awesome guy & thank you for your service! He treated us like family and looked out for my best interest in getting the roof complete. He updated me via text and told me to call him anytime with questions or any concerns. He made sure all the information got transitioned over to the crew before work started and he was on site to ensure a smooth transition to the installers. My wife wants to add that Taylor is amazing as well. Taylor called my wife a few times during this whole process to ensure that the work will be done to our satisfaction. Comment: I originally contacted Xtreme Roofing to give me an estimate for a clogged gutter situation on my commercial property. After meeting with Matt I found out that they could also fix the concrete and repaint the sidewalks. Using one contractor was easier than having to coordinate with multiple companies.. I was hesitant at first, but now am glad I used them. Xtreme Roofing added gutter guards, repaired the concrete and painted the sidewalk.. Derick was the GC and he did an amazing job. Also, I would like to recognize Simba and Harold for their contributions. Overall, I’m very satisfied and will not hesitate to use them or recommend this company in the future.

They were very educational about their work,explained the process of how they were going to repair it,and extremely fast with getting our roof fixed. They definitely deserve a five star rating from me. The workers that helped us out were Kyle and Adam. Kyle and Adam were very helpful,nice,and hard working.I watched them work most of the time they were here and can tell how much they cared about the roof and the quality of the repair looks pretty much perfect and identical as the roof did before. Comment: I contacted many roofing companies in the area to replace one portion of my roof and ultimately chose Xtream Roofing and Construction for many reasons. As a single older woman, I have had many challenges with contractors in general and particularly with roofing companies. The team from Xtreme are an exception. When I called to make an appointment, the response was very quick. Adam, the company sales representative, and the owner both came to meet with me to inspect the roof and develop a quote for replacement. Adam was my point person and after the first meeting he assisted me to develop a detailed proposal tweaking all of the small details that a professional contract should provide. He responded patiently to my many questions and provided the important information I needed to make a final decision to hire the company.Once the project was scheduled, Wayne the site supervisor, became actively involved. He posted the permit and continued to be in constant contact before the scheduled installation day. He took photos from start to finish, documentation I needed for my insurance company. When the old shingles were removed unexpected rotting roof deck boards were discovered. Wayne showed me photos of the damaged boards. He was quick to solve the problem and provide me with the extra cost which I felt was very fair.The installation was a two-day event and after the first night the crew cleaned the site and covered the roof to protect it from possible rain. Once the job was finished the crew scanned the site for debris and nails and carefully cleaned up. The next day the dumpster driver also scanned the site for any additional waste, especially nails, that the crew might have missed. Both Adam and Wayne made a final site visit to inspect the work before the final city inspection which happed two days after the work was finalized.I want to comment on Extreme’s payment model. A small deposit finalizes the contract and starts the process which includes all the paperwork related to Permitting. Once the work actually begins another payment is due and final payment is due once the City successfully inspects the work. This helped me to develop a trusting relationship with the company and especially the team.Adam and Wayne were both a pleasure to work with. They were professional, knowledgeable, patient and engaged. Most important was that there was always open and reliable communication throughout the project.The roof installation was executed with the best materials, outstanding workmanship, on schedule and has a great warranty program. I’m confident that my new roof will last for many years.I highly recommend Xtreme Roofing and Construction. They are exceptional.

I must admit, we experienced similar issues as the other commenters with crew rushing in and out to poor communication with people showing up unannounced. However, the owner always answered or responded positively within 24 hours. Things dont always go as expected, its how they are addressed and how they turn out that is important. It is people like Mark and Kyle, with over 12 years in roofing who personally addressed a couple of issues we had that makes this a great company. I would definitely use them again

XRC was right in the middle as far as price, but got top dollar service from beginning to end. A few of our thoughts were time and nails. Comment: It is scary to attempt to hire a contractor that no one you know has done business with. That was my case. So I looked at many and read allot of reviews. I am in the construction industry and I did have someone that I felt I trusted to install a new roof for me. I got a couple of estimates. and spoke to a few contractors. Every phase of involvement that I had with XRC was comfortable, felt honest, they came across as a family owned and operated company that seeks to make you feel like they were doing to you what they would provided for another family member. Matt Jr and Matt Sr are so alike you can tell that Jr has learned allot from his father and there is trust and respect between them. The team in the office are truly on top on things. What you want from a contractor besides credentials to look and sound like a professional operation; is responsiveness. Things can go wrong on a project. Comment: After hurricane Matthew pushed a large pine tree into our garage and related damage XRC repaired trusses, eaves, soffits and garage ceiling along with a new roof. The work was completed in a timely fashion with quality materials and workmanship at a competitive price. Our insurance company adjuster gave us an unrealistic estimate. XRC negotiated a settlement with our insurance company by pointing out damage that the adjuster missed. I recommend this company for roofing and construction work.

Comment: Everyone we dealt with was friendly and personable. The new roof was a two day job. The project supervisor arrived before 7:00 AM, and the crew arrived about 20 minutes later on both days. The crew went to work almost immediately and didnt leave to 9:00 PM on both days. During those two days, and even for a few days after, other personnel came by to talk with us, and check on the job. The job of cleaning up was done swiftly and completely. Communication and response were outstanding. I cant say anything negative about the company, personnel, crew, or the finished product. XRC worked with us and presented all options to obtain the best results while controlling costs. They also worked to replace rotten sofffit, and replace the corner of the roof. The attention to detail and thoroughness of the wood replacement shows in the beautiful finished product. We are also delighted with the new fence. XRC worked to build the fence from scratch, instead of using pre-assembled panels. Our home sits on a corner, and the well constructed fence definitely enhances the appearance of the house and makes the neighborhood look great. As far as interfacing, the ladies at the office are great with any follow up before, during, and after the job is complete. The work crews were all knowledgeable, conscientious, and easy to work with. We are glad we chose XRC for our home, and plan to use them when future work is needed.
